Stray Cat Studio offers group projects for all ages that can be "delivered" to your location.
Stray Cat Studio is a business dedicated to the community, focused on supporting our town and county on an individual basis. We believe access to art and education is something everybody deserves. Since implementing our program last year, Mud on the Move has been inspiring all ages of people. We have collaborated with local schools, scout groups, rehabilitation centers, ministries, and private individuals to bring hands on learning in a safe and supportive environment.
Our program provides a traveling, “pop up” ceramics studio. Complete with a professional teaching artist, clay, tools, equipment, and glaze to foster problem solving, imagination, and persistence. Participants will begin their lesson walking step by step beside our teachers learning the fundamentals of clay and then have time to decorate their projects and let their imagination play.

8-19 participants $35 each
20-24 participants $30 each

These options above are designed for groups of 11+ people who have a location to host at. They are great for "Ladies' Night Outs", Parties for groups of friends or co-workers, Date Nights, or Birthdays for artsy kids/teens.
So you get those most out of your time slot, students are asked to select only ONE project theme per group.
Choose a project suited to your group's size, age, and ability levels.
Use this online request form to get the process started so we can find a teacher and date that matches your convenience.
Once you have already booked a class, make
a downpayment to reserve your time spot.
This winter, we are starting a new program. We are still offering discounts to groups of people who fall under our guidelines (non profit, disadvantaged community, etc). However, we believe every organization and person has an immense value to offer. We would like to establish a trade system where the organization pays half for a class and, to cover the remaining costs, gives back to the studio or Beaver Falls community.
Here are some ideas of how you could "give back":
Hand out Stray Cat brochures to student/organization body
Spend an afternoon volunteering to clean our studio
Volunteer as helpers for other classes/public projects
Make a mailing and gift for military members overseas
Make a free, simple gift for us to give away during holiday seasons (One year we made handwarmers)
Create and paint leaves out of clay for our fence on the new building’s location
Help glue ceramics to our mosaic wall/fence
Help our Creative Designer create props for our shop display
Pick up trash in downtown Beaver Falls area
We are a business dedicated to the community, focused on supporting our town and county on an individual basis. When we can, we like to take the opportunity to give back and foster inspiration. In our acknowledgment of the good that art brings to our lives, we are happy to offer discounts on our classes, both in studio and through our “Mud on the Move” program.
We ask any businesses and organization seeking a discount to go through our application process below.
Your Business and/or Organization must fit a minimum of one of these requirements to be considered for a discount.
